What to Expect

You’ll meet Captain Evan Lemons at New Pass Grill in Sarasota, Florida early in the morning for a safety briefing and trip overview. From there, we’ll begin the long run offshore toward deep-water ledges located far beyond standard fishing grounds.

Once on location, we deploy electric reels to reach extreme depths where deep-water species live. These fish are powerful and rarely seen, making every catch a true trophy moment.
