What to Expect

You’ll meet Captain Evan Lemons at New Pass Grill in Sarasota, Florida on the morning of your trip. After a quick safety briefing and overview of the day, we’ll head offshore toward productive fishing grounds, with travel distances varying based on conditions and where the fish are biting.

Once we arrive, we’ll set up over proven bottom structure and begin targeting grouper and snapper, the staple species our local offshore waters are known for. When a fish hits, you’ll feel the unmistakable bite and the powerful fight these reef fish are famous for.

All bait, rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with hands-on instruction throughout the trip. Whether you’re new to offshore fishing or an experienced angler, Captain Evan is committed to making sure you’re comfortable, confident, and getting the most out of your time on the water.
