What to Expect

You’ll meet Captain Evan Lemons at New Pass Grill in Sarasota, Florida on the morning of your trip. After a quick safety briefing and overview of the day, we’ll head offshore to search productive pelagic waters.

Once we locate fish activity, we’ll begin trolling and working open-water structure where pelagic species hunt. These fish are known for sudden, aggressive strikes and powerful runs, creating an exciting experience from the first hookup to the final landing.

All bait, rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with hands-on guidance throughout the trip. Whether you’re chasing your first mahi or looking to battle a trophy wahoo, Captain Evan is committed to giving you an unforgettable offshore adventure.
